Dr. Richard Stripp currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Navis Clinical Laboratories. Bringing more than three decades of forensic and clinical toxicology experience to the organization, he provides leadership to Navis’s three laboratories located in New York, Massachusetts, and Washington. He is also a Professor of Forensic & Clinical Toxicology at the City University of New York. Dr. Stripp is a member of many toxicology organizations, including the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology, the National Institute of Justice Peer Review Panel in Forensic Toxicology and the International Association of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Clinical Toxicology, and is a Certified Forensic Consultant for the American Board of Forensic Examiners.
Prior to Navis, Dr. Stripp served as the Chief Scientific and Technical Officer at Cordant Health Solutions, where he provided leadership of the company’s laboratories across the country, including the Research and Development laboratory. He also developed the company’s full-service biomolecular testing laboratory. Dr. Stripp held the position of Chief Executive Officer of American Forensic Toxicology Services and has been an expert consultant for the United States Navy, Congress and Department of Homeland Security.
Dr. Stripp earned his Doctorate in Pharmacology and Toxicology from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions.

As chief of staff for Navis Clinical Laboratories, Bob Whitfield oversees all operations for the organization, advising the CEO/President on matters of the daily operations. Bob served 10 years in the U.S. Armed Forces, including the Army, where he served as aide to several commanding generals, and, most notably, served in the Office of Inspector General Defense Health Agency where early in his career he was promoted to the aide of the commander overseeing that agency. He has extensive experience in working with organizations, commercial payors and medical facilities who support military personnel, either active, veteran or national guard/reservist, along with dependents.
In 2021, Bob medically retired from the Armed Forces after sustaining injuries from his third deployment, and transitioned to the corporate healthcare industry as chief operating officer of SyMedica Network, he had tremendous success with corporation/network compliance, practice management, recruitment, and revenue generation. At Navis, his focus is on leading the organization to success and growing relationships and partnerships along the way.
Bob lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his son as a single parent. He enjoys roller skating, surfing and playing golf, and has a passion for early morning runs at 3 a.m.

Randy Saager is an established operational leader with more than 15 years of diverse experience in building and running world-class laboratory operations functions. With experience leading both technical and business teams throughout his career, his focus on waste reduction and process optimization has led to sustained operational success in the departments and laboratories he has overseen. Randy has been a change agent in his roles, leading through acquisitions and multiple major system transitions, focused on defining and implementing new best practices. He has developed and launched multiple new product lines, diversifying company offerings and revenue streams.
Randy is a member of the Society of Forensic Toxicologists, a former National Clearinghouse for Leadership Programs (NCLP) Responsible Person for Federal Workplace Testing, and has served as an expert witness in multiple states and jurisdictions.

Earlier in her career, Irene held senior-level positions in publicly traded multi-national companies, including Lumen Technologies and Newmont Mining, with responsibilities for leading large strategic projects and corporate finance teams.
Irene earned masters degrees in international business and accounting from the University of East Tennesse and Johannes Kepler Universiaet in Austria. She lives in Colorado with her family.
