Clarification of Changes to FedEx Services

FedEx has sent some Navis customers a new communication regarding its new pickup model. 

To confirm, FedEx is not canceling services and samples will not be held for ground shipping.

While FedEx is moving to a new single pickup model utilizing FedEx Ground drivers, this will not have any impact on the pickup or shipping of samples being sent to Navis. Samples will still be handled as Express orders.
