Clarification of Changes to FedEx Services

Navis has been made aware of a FedEx communication that was sent to some Navis customers that is causing confusion and concern.

To clarify, while FedEx is moving to a new single pickup model utilizing FedEx Ground drivers, this will not have any impact on the pickup or shipping of samples being sent to Navis. Samples will still be handled as Express orders.
